 Spiritual Growth Through yoga: (Level 1)

 

In this workshop, yagnesh explains the yoga philosophy, clearifying the mysteries of the ancient science of self-realization. Yoga is a practical way of finding the true-self.

Be a mystic, develope your intuitive and psychic powers.

This is an intensive 5 hour workshop.

 Spiritual growth through yoga (level 2)

Self Realization course, (Kundalini and the Chakras):

 

In this workshop, we activate, cleanse and refine the main seven chakras (Centers of Conscious Energy). By so doing we elevate our consciousness towards the divine.
Learn to heal Yourself and the Past Karmas.
**Receive a Shakti-pat initiation. (transfer of energy to safely activate the Kundalini)


This is a 8 week course. we meet once a week for 2 hours.

Pre-requisite: completion of level 1

Intermediate PRANAYAMA:

 

The intermediate Yoga class practices semi-advanced breathing techniques (Pranayamas). in order to qualify for this level you must complete a ninety minute workshop to learn these intermediate breathing techniques.

Pranayama is the science of bringing in the Prana (vital life force). Also for purification of the nadis (astral passageways). At physical level Pranayamas will bring fresh oxygen to the blood, to detoxify every cell in the body. This will also help quiet the mind.
Cost: $25 we may schedule this as needed.

 

ADVANCED PRANAYAMA:

Pre-requisite: three months of practice with intermediate pranayamas.
In this workshop you learn advanced breathing techniques, which will cleanse and open the "nadis" or the cosmic passageways of spiritual energy. By practice of these pranayamas you can awaken the  Kundalini ,which in turn brings about spiritual evolution.
Cost: $45 may be scheduled as needed.
