What is Hatha Yoga? When you practice The" physical
exercise" or the "yoga postures" you are performing
Hatha Yoga. There are different styles of hatha yoga. some of the styles of
hatha yoga that are popular in the west are, Shivananda , Ashtanga, or Iyengar.
This ancient art and science of Yoga is the most fascinating
tool for total health, and well-being. The body is the vehicle of the soul
therefore it must be kept clean & healthy before any spiritual growth
becomes possible
Practiced in India for over six
thousand years as a spiritual discipline, the physical exercise of Yoga,
stretches and tones the muscles and the joints, and also has a positive effect
on the internal organs, blood circulation, all the glands, and the nervous
system. Aside from this, the breathing techniques and meditation will quiet the
mind and creates a sense of well being, making yoga a valuable tool for
physical, mental and emotional balance.

clean air. Small Class room Guarantees one on one interaction & catering to
your specific needs.
We offer both beginner and more advanced classes, available in the mornings and
evenings.
